Congrats on the lifestyle change. Iโm 9 months into my conversion and lost about 30 lbs at the peak. Iโve relaxed a little in the last two months. Iโm still avoiding carbs, but eating some fruit, and a sweet treat here and there. Iโve also been hitting the gym more as well so canโt say all the gain is from changing diet. All in all I put 5 lbs back on. So Iโm still down 25 lbs. Keep up the good work my friend. ๐ค๐ป

Update : it hasnโt been a grind because I made it a lifestyle. Prior I would grind out a diet to just lose weight. Iโd pound for a month and cut down quickly. Kind of a yearly reset for swim season.
But now, carbs are minimal. Down 25lbs and a lot of chronic inflammation issues have dwindled. More notable my daily steroid inhaler I used because my allergies would be triggered from my dog.
Clearer mind, healthier body and most of all, more energy for my toddler.
