So im moving my casa home server from a pi 4 to an older pc so my #minecraft server can run better. Ill see if i can move the container files over successfully . During the process i broke a usb c to usb a adapter so i need to move them on my main pc which has a usb c input so then i can copy that to a drive that has the old style usb for this old pc .

I understand and i agree with you.
It looks like a client "trick", i hope this is not a trick that have been used by primal too for deletion. Trick make mess, if everyone do as he want on his side.
But just an "order" to delete it, which can be accepted or ignored by relay.
On this point bitcoin is better.
It use a democratic way to apply change. With the relay majority.
Which host the same version of the core.
#nostr nodes should do the same, and just activate or not feature they want to support or not. Perhaps it is ever like that, idk.

I am saying deleting is simpler and does not rely on the client, only on relays, so we shouldn't believe in editing. At least for now.
For example, Amethyst app supports post editing but the new version is only visible for Amethyst users. If you use any other client that don't understand kind:1010 you will see the original note without even realizing it has a new version. At least for now that is the state of the things, and it is not a good thing.

I mean the user really want it ?
For the moment, i have some issues to find notes i liked on some interesting subject, but never have the need to deeply have an history modification of any of my note.
I don't know if it is really important to add this feature if it is not really mass used.
I think editing a note without any history will be used to correct errors, and this will for sure be used. I have seen note where people were complaining about it.

Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs signed HB 2342, safeguarding the right to operate a Bitcoin node and mine from home. Bitcoin Reserve bill (SB 1025) passed the House and awaits Governor Hobbs' approval. The bill allocates up to 10% of funds (3.15B) for Bitcoin.
