I was thinking about it, yeah based on the description in the note, I’m not sure what control Primal has over notes users can read, but users have the ability to post to whatever relays they want so in that direction can’t be censored.

Isn’t it possible, given (as far as we know) the 13+ billion years the universe has become a vastly complex thing far beyond human comprehension, and the human brain a vastly complex system, that consciousness, emotion, our concept of ‘soul’ etc are all just output of that system, that we can only interpret as such given our limited ability to understand it? And when the system dies so does our consciousness? I haven’t read the Bhagavad Gita, but this idea doesn’t contradict the piece quoted (which doesn’t specify consciousness) since our atoms were and will be transformed into other things, and given the 1st Law of Thermodynamics says our energy can’t be destroyed.

I’ve sort of been following the GitHub drama as best I can given my understanding of it. Agree any censorship of people not cool. Unclear how critical to get off Core. Also there is a relationship to Ocean, which I’ve also seen some people be critical of. A lot to absorb.

Yes Nostr relays in general are somewhat confusing. I’ve read about the Gossip model, outbox/write/inbox/read but hard to get my head around how to actually choose what for which. But you’ve got a cool concept in Nostur. I noticed on an article I recently posted, YakiHonne shows I got 5 reactions but Nostur only shoes 1. Would that be related to how I have my relays set up or something else?

Statuses are most of the traffic. Unnecessarily large XML traffic. Thank God I didn't use any mobile with its expensive internet at that time.
Configuring encryption was a pain in the ass for end users for some reason, at least in the beginning.

I buy a few things when available for sats. Mostly bitcoin/Nostr related stuff…most of my life’s expenses can’t be paid in bitcoin. And I feel like what I spend in bitcoin now could be worth so much more in the future. I think there needs to be a long term plateau in BTC price (and obviously more businesses accepting it) before people will spend more.

I already have different LN addresses (and NIP-05 custom domain addresses directed to those) in my profiles for each of two accounts (one I use for BTC/tech content, the other for photography). These are associated with two isolated Alby wallets. I want to send from as well as receive to each wallet linked to their respective accounts so I can track zaps sent to and received from and balances for each separately. I can do this with YakiHonne, would love to with Nostur.
