Uff, it looks really delicious!! But I don't do oven or high heat anymore, as I avoid heating food to high temperatures in order to keep the nutrients and enzymes alive :) But I know that heated, boiled, and baked food tastes great and even makes kind of addcited! Since I eat only raw food, I don't eat eggplant, neither raw or dehydrated, as it's not as digestible, as if it were cooked.
Btw. I used to make eggplant salad too...and same as the recipe but added some tahini (sesame nut butter) ;)

I used to eat a lot of soy product years back...but it's not what we humans are really meant to eat, imo. Legumes have a lot of lectins (antinutrients)...So walnuts for me are much more natural and texture and flavour is really good and full of nutrients. Btw. you once mentioned that you like to eat what grows near you and I believe to remember, that you have a big walnut tree yourself? So why not give it a try?

You guys would likely enjoy this story about Dick Proenneke if you haven’t seen it already. In his 50’s he left civilization and built an amazing homestead in the wilderness of Alaska using primarily hand tools, and lived there till his mid 80’s. Humans are amazing.

Ja kupiłem potem małą klawiaturę BT Korga i mam nawet na kompie Ableton Live Lite którego się nawet nauczyłem trochę i na tablecie Korg gadget który jest genialny.
I ogólnie świecą mi się oczy na widok każdego instrumentu elektronicznego. Niestety ile można tracić cennego czasu. Ktoś może kochać poezję ale to nie znaczy że skleci jakiś wiersz :)
Ale tak ostatnio (podcast?) też słyszałem że nawet przysłowiowe "brzdąkanie" bardzo czyszcza głowę

The cornerstone in the advancement of the best technology is in the communion of two concepts, decentralization and governance. It will be what defines how the crypto industry develops, from a human point of view.
Hopefully we will soon see truly decentralized governance models that demonstrate their efficiency compared to traditional governance, which we already know what they have: growing corruption.
