2025-05-25 06:26:24I used to eat a lot of soy product years back...but it's not what we humans are really meant to eat, imo. Legumes have a lot of lectins (antinutrients)...So walnuts for me are much more natural and texture and flavour is really good and full of nutrients. Btw. you once mentioned that you like to eat what grows near you and I believe to remember, that you have a big walnut tree yourself? So why not give it a try?
