since pure non-custodial lightning wallets are hard, i think it would be ideal to just keep it as simple as possible:
custodial for small amounts, large chunks of sats over the custodial limit are automatically sent to the users non-custodial onchain wallet at regular intervals. No limits between these periods. This is a requirement to reduce liability on our end.
Our wallet doesn’t need to be hardcore non-custodial at every level (which isn’t really even possible). it will mainly be the touch point for people getting into bitcoin.
Getting their first sats from our lightning node into their non-custodial onchain wallet will be huge for people new to bitcoin and for non-custodial bitcoin as a whole.

再看下面这个2025年4月16日的新闻(图十)，虽然统计局不公布，但是别的官方机构有的时候还是会按需发布失业率。虽然大家都知道这个失业率的失真度，就跟徐志胜号称和金城武颜值相近没差，但是这种国家层级的数据调查，无论别的什么个人或机构给出的数据，也是没法让人信服的。
那我们就基于他们自己公布的5.3%的失业率真实体感为基础，再加1.14%或1.87%来推算，这两个数值虽然都是一开头不算高，但是分母也才5开头，所以按占比来算，增长幅度分别是21.5%和35.3%，比过之后就发现这影响冲击可就相当严重了。同时请留意21.5%和35.3%这两个数字，后面马上会再次用到。到这能体感对就业的冲击会有多大了吧？直接上结论，冲击超过承受极限，如果发生，触发脆断的概率极大。
再说出口，图中数据源自2025年5月9日星期五，海关总署发布的4月出口数据(图十一)，通过数据可以看出，往美国的直接出口同比20.9%、环比29.88%的大幅下跌，大致和高盛推算可能导致的新增失业21.5%~35.3%，比例相近。但是注意图中的传统外贸中转地越南、泰国、马来西亚、新加坡、印度尼西亚，大都出现了两位数的异常高增长，不用找说辞，就是在抢转出口，最终目的地不可能有别处，还是美国。
一旦后续美国和这些国家的新关税协议达成，将这些转口贸易的补丁打上，会发现高盛还是太乐观了。转出口的后续风险没有估算在内，高盛最新的调研结果也能佐证该判断。调研显示，截至2025年5月，中国对美订单恢复至加税前的92%，但实际出货量仅35%，超半数美需求由东南亚等海外工厂供应，2/3企业正扩张海外产能，美库存可支撑2~6个月，企业暂不涨价。关税影响分化，家电等完全境外供应，电池等100%受冲击。下图洛杉矶集装箱到港数据变化亦能支持以上调研结果(图十二)。
另外再补充一个观察，国内大部分中小型外贸工厂能停工待产等得起的时长也就3个月左右，最长不超过6个月。过了这个时段，无法再“以不变应万变”熬下去的企业，就不得不做出方向性决断。他们没有能力在海外设厂，所以只能要么收摊，尽可能回笼资金；要么出口转内销，杀回国内红海市场再搏一搏。现在很可能已经有不想被动等待的，主动抢先手，居民端倒是可能会因此享受一波廉价红利，有概率捡漏低价优质货品，甚至产生错觉，关税战也不过如此。就能买到便宜好货这个结果来看，似乎还挺好的。政府端亦会沾沾自喜，刺激政策果然很有效，多亏了我英明神武，再次赢麻了。对税收降幅和“过剩产能出清”尚可接受，除了欠薪或跑路的“个案”有点糟心，某些“过激”言论已经被事实打脸，属于证伪的危言耸听，大家都不用过度紧张，日子照样过，明天的太阳照常在东方升起，扬眉吐气的东升西降已经到来，一起迎接光明美好的新时代吧。
事实确实是一切向好？还是濒死前的回光返照？不用长，一年内都会看到最终结果。我厌恶吸食民脂民膏还乱作为的贪官污吏，但是我真心希望他们这次可以笑到最后。
人哪，永远不要低估了他对环境的适应能力。对底层来说，当环境变差，他们最底线的诉求可以很低，有饭吃就行。对中层来说，底线是维持住最基本的社会秩序，最差的秩序都比失序要好。一旦失序，退回丛林法则，又将是人间惨剧。所以只要最差情况发生时，他们能守住能吃饱饭和不失序这两条底线，贪就贪吧，笑就笑呗，面子值个屁，人命最重要。
最后我们谈一下，为什么说时至今日，最差的情况已不可避免？
直接从问题关键入手，如果出口不行，有没有可能转内销？美国人能消费的，我们自己为什么消费不得？不就是花钱吗？我们人还更多，不用像美国人那么大手大脚，人均少花点，总能把缺口补上吧？不废话，上数据自己看。
这里先澄清一点，因为懂的都懂的原因，东大官方数据只更新到2022年，所以最新也只能使用到那个时候。好在2022年之后几年消费和政策的变化，大家都有体感，并未质变，所以作为借鉴问题不大。
图中(图十三)是东大和世界主流国家的居民消费在GDP占比，很明显世界平均水平50%起，最差的都有42.9%。那我国是多少？37.2%,离正常平均线还有挺远的距离，纯数据看增长空间有。
再看居民消费倾向(图十四)，完犊子，差距更大，一溜的88%打底，智利个月光仙人直接飙到106%。俯瞰东大，不错不错，都过60了，鸡立鹤群，喜欢看细长腿的，一眼就能看到个武大郎驼在腿中间好显眼，好猥琐。是东大的老百姓都佛系花钱？不懂买买买的快乐？不知包治百病的神妙？没有“世界那么大，我想去看看”的冲动？一心只感念996福报，工作，赚钱？“公司是我家，我要为家添砖瓦”？这些屁话说出来，你老板都不信，就别自己骗自己了。
既然消费明显异常偏低，又不是消费意愿问题，那问题大概率就是想花没钱花了。到底有没有钱？
我们先看大多数人主要的收入来源，劳动报酬GDP占比(图十五)，这个很明显，占比虽没有日本人那么变态，好歹喊着“我爱工作，工作爱我”的口号稳居世界第二。超了好吃懒做的土耳其人一倍多，所以国人确实有在认真工作，努力赚钱没毛病。
再看利息收入占比(图十六)，乖乖，中国人果然爱存钱。别的国家国民都拿钱去买股票，买债券，做投资，赚更高回报的红利收入。中国人只认存钱，至于原因嘛，曾被投资渣得心灰意冷的，都能掏出一本难念的经，真的是“非我不愿，实我不能”啊！只要有点赚钱的雄心壮志，都有匹配的收割等着你。而且是明火持杖的“割鸡割鸡”。
最典型的案例是古井贡A和古井贡B。前者对内在A股上市，后者对外币B股上市。如果在2021年各以100万做本金，在两个市场分别投资，这属于同一家经营主体的公司。投资结果是买A的亏12万，买B的赚18万，其他的都不用再细说。
我能理解他们撞了一头包回过味来，还是觉得定存最安全。是的，以绝大多数人的认知水平，确实银行定存似乎是最安全的选择，那你在银行的存款真的安全吗？
了解一下现在贷款利率和存款利率之间的息差，再了解一下银行坏账率。算了，反正说细了，你们大部分人也听不懂，简单点直接上结论吧:银行在亏储户的存款。至于现在是10个锅9个盖，还是10个锅7个盖，你猜。小心哦，别让你留着保命的存款，成为沉默的泰坦尼克。
沉船的时候，可是真要命的。
既然说到银行了，另外再说两个让人郁闷的要点。
一个是存款严重被平均，这从招行的金葵花客户资金占比就能明显反映。再一个就是存款利率长期处于被系统性抑制，这个解释起来又有点复杂，你们知道其本质就好。它的根本目的是达成居民端对企业端的补贴，说人话就是只要你在银行有存款，一些本该属于你的钱就被企业拿走用掉了。
无论企业拿着这笔钱是去商K嫩模还是钱生钱，都和你没半毛钱关系，这钱你也要不回来。而在东大企业端的主体是国企，国企福利待遇好啊，还长期不分红或低分红。
虽然被怎么投资怎么赔钱伤透了心，好歹回头是岸存下钱来。有这么多存款在那，说明手头还是有钱的，那为什么就还是不愿花？
继续看图，固定资产形成占可支配收入比例(图十七)，这什么鬼玩意？这么拗口。对，我也讨厌他们神神叨叨，把简单事情复杂化，装逼装成傻逼。这玩意说人话，就是你房子租金占收入的占比。你说你没房子，哪来的租金占比？有啊，当然有了。被平均一下你还好几套呢。不扯，说正经的，没多余房子自然就没有租金收入，有多余房子的，按现状也大多是首付完，每月拿刚收的租金交月供，唯恐交晚了房子被法拍，同时骂着房价跌跌不休。所以这张图的数据多想一步就能推出，提着一摞钥匙收房租的房东，如果立马资产清算，搞不好是比你还穷的“负”家翁，没捞着钱，还活在失去现有的恐惧中。消费？房子能脱手卖给下一个倒霉蛋再说吧。
最后看社保占比(图十八)，注意，这数据还是延迟退休之前的。说白了就是，呃，说了容易惹麻烦，你们自己看吧。负的。再看差不多水平的都是什么玩意？手停口停，导致职场往死里卷的根本原因就是这个，没有起码的社保兜底和养老保障，生存压力又大，老百姓自然有钱不敢花。稍微有点小钱的，也被卷得没有生活时间。所以无论是意愿还是消费的可能性来看，都没有基础，消费自然就起不来。
综合上面这些数据，其实直接指向的核心关键，是二次分配问题，寻根溯源、归根到底就是分配问题。
更直白点，就是极少数人拿走了太多利益，剩下的不够分了。这些极少数人也消费，且一点都不勤俭持家，过得很奢靡。但是他们毕竟人少，就算整天不睡觉，在那可劲造，吃完饭不想洗碗，手一挥全扫地上砸烂了，让管家换新的。新买的车子和今天穿的衣服不搭，显黑，直接让生活助理报废买新车。一个女友买买买，花钱不够快，废物！来两打，组队包场刷，不把卡刷爆，晚上就自己一个人睡500平大别墅。
嗯，以我穷人的想象力，拉满了也就只能意淫到这种程度。反正就是因为人口基数小，花不了几个钱，拉不动消费，以至于大家都知道向外破局无望，只能对内寻找解决方案，关键是促进内需消费。
知道，但解不了。有善良的可能会提议，有没有可能晓之以情动之以理，让那些极少数人让出点利益，一起共渡难关。毕竟钱对他们来说已经多到只剩数字变化，而一旦发生脆断，大家都落不得好。
为什么就不能让点小利益出来，先一起扛过去再说？
我们举个实际点的例子，假设你太爷爷给你留了一套房，你每月因为有房住，不用支付额外的租金，省下这笔钱，生活过得挺滋润。现在有人对你说大环境不好，大家要团结互助，共克时艰。这里有个陌生人无家可归，你家反正还有个房间空着，就让他先住着吧。你会让陌生人进来住吗？住进来后要是不走了怎么办？今天住进一个，明天会不会再来一个？人越来越多，会不会最后反倒把我给挤走了？这可是我太爷爷辛辛苦苦挣来留给我的，这些不知道从哪冒出来的陌生人，凭什么？
人性呢，就是这样。每个王朝从兴起到走向崩溃，也都是因为人性推动，使得利益分配日益失衡，愈发快速地集中在极少数人手中。在一个看似再寻常不过的日子，因为一个平日看来再小不过的破事，甚至只是一个臭屁，链式发酵，最终崩坏整个王朝。历史的轮回已经一路滚到了这，刹不住也来不及了。
历史的偶然只会将大事提前或推迟，却无力改变大势，该来的早晚会来。
客观讲，最差情况的倒计时已在跳动指针，真相也从来没有非黑即白的清晰边界。在这脆断危局里，我们看到的其实是三组存在大面积灰色地带的混杂博弈。
第一组是需求端的死局与破圈。美国人要的是全球产业链重构，我们想要的是保持战前状态的前提下，国内技术升级反超。当34%关税直接掐断出口价格竞争力，转出口即便能继续，也不过是延缓死亡的心肺复苏。
第二组是决策层的幻想与挣扎。用刺激政策见效的叙事，掩盖转口贸易的暗流，本质上和捂死火警铃没区别，不过好歹能给1,600万个岗位崩塌，整出3~6个月的腾挪空间。这是极易麻痹神经导致误判的平静期，抓住机会挣命？还是乱作为以至于加速赴死？注定将改变很多人的命运。
第三组是个体的存活策略。在变化越来越快越来越大的2025年，认知显得愈发关键。想要保持清醒，做出正确抉择的前提，是建立三级信息防火墙。
第一级，防护。官媒数据打7折使用，就业、消费数据建议按1:1.5系数换算，宁可多算，绝不少算，留够安全点。
第二级，识别。警惕突发式“利好”，比如印巴上空传来的美妙诗句，“海内存知己，天涯6:0”。对涨停的军工股别追，天上不会掉馅饼，军工股的基本逻辑都没搞清楚，就听新闻炒股票，那是做大死。
第三级，锚点。盯紧货运指数和企业注销率这两大死亡指标，如破警戒线，需启动紧急风险预案。
最后说句犯忌讳的大实话，当上海、广州的法拍房数量超过早点摊时，任何教你看K线炒股买币的，都是趴在时代裂口上嗜血的秃鹫。不要被恶魔蛊惑，更不要和魔鬼同流合污。
认清脆断的必然性不是终点，如何在系统性崩坏前找到或打造出匹配的生存空间，才是务实的幸存者现在就该马上开始的重要事务，机会永远留给有准备的人。
