Data is the new oil.
So what? I don’t care if Google knows I like motorcycles. By itself one data point isn’t a big deal but once you start bringing everything together…
Who are you talking to? When and how long did you talk to them? Where did you go? How often do you go there? On and on the profile starts to become overwhelmingly invasive.
Right now it is extremely cheap and easy to collect and store the data but it’s hard and expensive to cross reference and tabulate the data down to the individual. But in the extremely near future using AI and faster processors, data profiles created and being offered for sale go from white men between 25 – 30, with this education level, and background like XYZ

i think that the official story is not true
the physics problem and the ballistics and mathematics of it.
it's a complete fraud, nuclear decay is not akin to combustion.
combustion does chain reactions, because of heat energy.
nuclear collisions and fission are not driven by heat energy, they are driven by presise nuclei collisions, and the odds of having two nuclei hit each other is like a sniper hitting a target at 2 miles 99.9999% of the time to trigger a high enough heat release to create the theoretical nuclear detonation.
not only that, there is tons of circumstantial evidence of hoax fraud in almost all of the "evidence" of "nuclear tests"

Já falei sobre isso aqui no Nostr, crianças deveriam poder trabalhar, pois ensina a ter esforço, resiliência e a ser recompensado pelo próprio mérito, e mesmo que não fosse, trabalhar nunca deveria ser tratado como crime.
Esse negócio de restringir que menores trabalhem é uma máquina de gerar dependência no Estado e ampliar a criminalidade, já que se a criança não tem que a mantenha e não consegue trabalhar, ela acaba sendo usada por grupos que vão levar ela para crimes ou desmoralização.

I absolutely understand how confusing the whole relay setup can be.
Writing to multiple relays is for the purpose of redundancy and censorship resistance. There is nothing that says you need to read from multiple relays, though. If you have one relay that shows you all the notes you want to see, then there's no need to read from more than that.
It's also not just paid relays that are an option for reading from that spammers are not likely to have write access. Web-of-trust relays are also a good option.

i couldn't stop reading it until i was finished. i will warn you, the later part about japan is a bit harrowing but he paces it very nicely.
i would have probably framed the mathematical modeling part of it a lot more concisely because i'm fairly deep into understanding big numbers and cryptography but the probabilities of having enough nuclear collisions to trigger enough thermal release and radiation to be anything more than boiling a lump of metal into toxic vapor is are infinitesimal. i mean, really, once you understand the scale of a nucleus to the electron shells.

so how are these AIs gonna figure out the grand plan to deploy all their little robots which they still can't self replicate?
LLM are literally a graph made out of Very Large Numbers. they use a special type of hash function that has been found to enable determining a distance between nodes in a semantic graph, called "proximity hashes".
the problem is that building them requires far more hash power than the entire bitcoin network and ... it has a very small chance of producing nearly as much profit.
