I'm the fittest person I know.
And I was in fkn wheelchair for 5 years...
If you knew what I do, you would think I'm just an average guy.
• I never go to gym/lift weights
• I don't eat veggies (except carrots, onions and occasional peppers)
• I train only 3-4x per week
• Never do any cardio
• Never listen to mainstream health info
What I do doesn't make sense in the mainstream world:
•1h of mobility work daily
• Loads of animal protein - almost 1lbs of beef per day
• Train with gymnastics rings and bars
• Sleep 7-8 per night
Maybe I know something you don't...

Totally agree .. in Dollar terms nation states are spending lot more on wars and war preparedness .. but if you take the human cost of wars .. like sons and daughters lost .. separation .. and long drawn conflicts (remember Napoleon and Alexandar - who spent entire lives on horse back ) .. . I think modern times are far safer ! There is lot of scope to improve further but education and Internet have helped control on wars .. which are direct output of opublic private spending .. people are better informed and they exert lot of pressure on the political class ...
