I'm the fittest person I know.
And I was in fkn wheelchair for 5 years...
If you knew what I do, you would think I'm just an average guy.
• I never go to gym/lift weights
• I don't eat veggies (except carrots, onions and occasional peppers)
• I train only 3-4x per week
• Never do any cardio
• Never listen to mainstream health info
What I do doesn't make sense in the mainstream world:
•1h of mobility work daily
• Loads of animal protein - almost 1lbs of beef per day
• Train with gymnastics rings and bars
• Sleep 7-8 per night
Maybe I know something you don't...
