A delegada da Polícia Civil (PC-PR) Aline Manzatto afirmou, nesta terça-feira (10), que as investigações feitas até o momento indicam que a morte da miss Raissa Suellen Ferreira da Silva em Curitiba foi um crime premeditado pelo amigo dela, o humorista Marcelo Alves.
Segundo a delegada, a morte da jovem, de 23 anos, será investigada como feminicídio.

A jovem foi morta em Curitiba e teve o corpo escondido em uma área de mata da Região Metropolitana, segundo a confissão de Marcelo. Entenda o caso abaixo.
De acordo com a delegada, a ausência de sinais de reação da vítima e inconsistências entre o depoimento do homem que confessou o crime e as provas colhidas apontam para um crime premeditado. Entre as contradições apontadas pela delegada, está o relato de Marcelo sobre as ferramentas usadas para esconder o corpo.
"Na delegacia, ele tinha dito que tinha muitas ferramentas em casa, que ele usou pra embalar o corpo da Raissa. Quando a gente foi até a casa dele, não tinha nenhum desses materiais. Isso quebra a versão do acusado de que tudo ali aconteceu por um acaso. A gente vê que é uma premeditação", afirmou.
Outro ponto levantado pela investigação é a motivação do crime. Conforme Manzatto, o humorista demonstrou frustração diante da recusa de Raissa em se envolver romanticamente com ele.
A delegada afirma que o crime tem relação direta com o gênero da vítima. "Por ela ser mulher, [o agressor] acredita que ela tem que se submeter às vontades dele. Por isso, a Polícia Civil passa agora a tratar como feminicídio", disse.

Questionado se o crime foi premeditado, o advogado Caio Percival, que representa Marcelo Alves, respondeu: "De forma nenhuma". Segundo ele, Marcelo matou Raissa movido por "violenta emoção". A defesa destaca ainda que o Marcelo lamenta o caso e que colabora com a Justiça. Leia mais abaixo.
Antes da confissão de Marcelo, Raissa foi dada como desaparecida em 2 de junho. Uma semana depois, na manhã de segunda-feira (9), Marcelo procurou a delegacia e confessou ter matado e escondido o corpo da jovem. Ele foi preso.
A vítima era natural de Paulo Afonso, na Bahia, e conquistou o título de Miss Serra Branca Teen em 2020. Raissa morava havia três anos na capital paranaense.
Familiares de Raissa chegaram a Curitiba na noite de segunda-feira (10).
Ao g1, o advogado da família da vítima, Jackson William Bahls Rodrigues, disse que deseja que a apuração seja feita com a maior agilidade possível para que Marcelo seja julgado e responda pelo crime.

Ainda segundo a delegada Aline Manzatto, exames de corpo de delito realizados no corpo de Raissa apontaram inconsistências em relação ao depoimento prestado por Marcelo Alves.
“O laudo oficial ainda não foi finalizado, mas, em conversa preliminar com o médico legista, ele praticamente descartou a versão de que a morte teria ocorrido por estrangulamento com uma abraçadeira, como relatado pelo suspeito”, afirmou a delegada.
A delegada também mencionou a possibilidade de Marcelo ter usado uma sacola plástica para asfixiar a jovem após pressionar o corpo dela.
Para a delegada, outro elemento que reforça a suspeita de premeditação é a ausência de sinais de defesa no corpo da vítima. Segundo ela, os exames não indicaram nenhuma reação da vítima, o que levanta a hipótese de que Raissa pode ter sido dopada antes do crime.

Desaparecimento
Desde o desaparecimento, em 2 de junho, autoridades procuravam por Raissa. Quando ela sumiu, familiares tinham a informação de que ela tinha deixado Curitiba com destino a Sorocaba (SP) para trabalhar.
Marcelo, também conhecido como Alves Li Pernambucano, era próximo da família da vítima, que é da Bahia.

'Ficou mentindo'
Segundo a polícia, Marcelo conheceu Raissa quando ela tinha 10 anos, em um projeto social na cidade de Paulo Afonso, no interior da Bahia. Há cerca de três anos, ele a ajudou a se mudar para Curitiba.
Herbert Guilherme, primo de Raissa, afirma que durante os oito dias de busca pela jovem Marcelo manteve contato com os familiares.

Segundo a delegada Aline Manzatto, Marcelo Alves disse que, na segunda-feira (2), dia do crime, buscou Raissa afirmando que iria ajudá-la a conseguir um emprego em Sorocaba, no estado de São Paulo. A proposta, porém, era mentira.
Os dois almoçaram juntos na ocasião e, em seguida, foram até a casa dele. Lá, ele disse ter contado que estava apaixonado por ela, mas não foi correspondido e afirmou ter sido xingado por Raissa.
Marcelo relatou que matou Raissa estrangulada, usando uma abraçadeira plástica.
"Ele disse que ficou com ódio e descontrolado, que pegou o fio de plástico e estrangulou a vítima, deixando ela num cômodo da casa e indo para outro. Dez minutos depois, ele retorna e a Raissa já está em óbito", falou a delegada.
A delegada afirmou que o Marcelo contou ter enrolado o corpo de Raissa em uma lona, amarrado com fita adesiva e, depois, chamado o filho, que ficou desesperado e tentou convencê-lo a se entregar às autoridades.
Mesmo assim, ainda de acordo com a delegada, ele disse que colocou o corpo da jovem no porta-malas de um carro emprestado de um amigo e, com auxílio do filho, dirigiu até uma área de mata no município de Araucária, onde enterrou a vítima. Após confessar, ele foi levado ao local e mostrou à polícia onde o corpo estava.
Investigações continuam
O homem foi preso em flagrante por homicídio qualificado e ocultação de cadáver. Ele está preso na Cadeia Pública de Curitiba, deve passar por audiência de custódia e continuar preso.
O carro usado por Marcelo foi periciado e liberado. O corpo da jovem também foi periciado.
O filho de Marcelo, que não teve o nome divulgado, foi preso por ocultação de cadáver, pagou fiança e foi liberado.
Segundo a delegada, as investigações continuam a fim de verificar se as lesões presentes no corpo da jovem são compatíveis com a confissão de Marcelo. Além disso, a polícia apura se houve violência sexual e qual a participação efetiva do filho no crime.
O que diz a defesa de Marcelo Alves
O advogado Caio Percival, que representa Marcelo, afirma que não houve premeditação do crime e que Marcelo matou Raissa por "violenta emoção". Diz ainda que o Marcelo lamenta o caso e que colabora com a Justiça.
"Marcelo é réu primário, tem bons antecedentes, nunca pisou numa delegacia de polícia e infelizmente foi arrastado pelas barras da paixão a essa situação que foge, evidentemente, do normal. Nós temos uma causa de diminuição de pena que é a própria confissão e uma segunda causa de diminuição de pena que é o domínio de violenta emoção logo após injusta provocação da vítima, já que, em dado momento, houve uma discussão entre eles", afirma.
Marcelo Alves confessou ter matado Raissa Suellen Ferreira da Silva e escondido o corpo da jovem.
