Don't let the bad actors trick you into thinking Bitcoin Core 30 allows you to re-enable the datacarrier limit:
1) Along with unlimiting the default, they also broke it further. datacarriersize=83 now (as of Core 30) allows for 83 outputs totalling 830 bytes of spam, instead of just 92 bytes of spam (9 bytes of which couldn't be arbitrary) as in Core 29 and earlier.
2) datacarriersize is marked as deprecated, and explicitly planned to be removed in a future release (likely silently, since "it's already deprecated").
3) Core never fixed the Inscription exploits (CVE-2023-50428 and CVE-2024-34149) which allow spammers to bypass the datacarriersize limit.
The only way forward now is a mass migration to Knots. Not the way I wanted things to go, but Core has given us no other choice. Once this is resolved, we should avoid putting all our eggs in one basket, and encourage the creation and use of multiple clients.

You gotta taper in, especially if your mind is stronger than your body. Fuck everybody. Run like an old lady if you gotta. Stretch everything well, make sure you're hydrating through the day before you run so you aren't trying to chug before you go (causing cramps) and deal with the slight pains. You'll be sore. Ime in different places each time you run. Over time, your body will grow and adapt. Then work out your form, breathing, distance, etc.
I am not a physical therapist, this was just what I've gleened from my experience.

A Afya Faculdade de Ciências Médicas de Garanhuns realiza, no dia 3 de agosto de 2025, a segunda edição da Afya Run, um evento esportivo que vai muito além das pistas. A corrida é uma oportunidade para famílias, amigos e atletas se exercitarem enquanto contribuem com quem mais precisa.

The king of fuckery.
I've been wanting to make a post about the OECD for quite some time. I'm trying to keep these fairly short so I won't go into the full detail at what it is and how it was created. But I do want people to know the extent of this heinous organization.
Here are some lovely projects that have been implemented globally because of this organization:
- Pillar 2, which is implementing a global base minimum tax that will be implemented by over 120 countries ( Your country won't be able to determine how much it taxes companies now)
- It is responsible for the financial action task force. The clown organization that is responsible for all, and I mean absolutely all of the anti-money laundering KYC fuckery you see today.
- beneficial ownership and transparency standards that ensure that you have absolutely zero privacy, bypassing all due process.
- International exchange of information regimes, where countries agree to share whatever fucking information other countries want to have from them.
- The upcoming crypto asset reporting framework will require all and I mean all Bitcoin and crypto companies and exchanges to record every single one of your transactions and report them to the government.
- Oh, and just for kicks, it's also responsible for standardizing fruits around the world. That's a whole story in and of itself. Yep, you heard that right. They create the standards for how bananas and tomatoes and pineapples should look like in taste and feel.
So in a nutshell, that's what you have to thank the OECD for.
