You gotta taper in, especially if your mind is stronger than your body. Fuck everybody. Run like an old lady if you gotta. Stretch everything well, make sure you're hydrating through the day before you run so you aren't trying to chug before you go (causing cramps) and deal with the slight pains. You'll be sore. Ime in different places each time you run. Over time, your body will grow and adapt. Then work out your form, breathing, distance, etc.
