Happy #SlackerdaySaturday! It’s a sweatshirt morning again, but the sun is bright. It gives me hope that the house will warm up today.
Monday we’ll go to our local Memorial Day parade, where our granddaughter will be marching with her middle school band mates. It’s a slice of small town America that’s just fun.
For today, I hope to spend some time reading on the back porch. It’s screened so I’ll be safe from the mosquitoes!

I should have stayed in the irrigation business lol. Another option would be to keep the house rent it out & use its cash flow to pay for the new place at the inlaws. Then move your landscaping cash into bitcoin. It would mean your house rich & cash poor but it would diversify your asset balance & still provide cheap lending if you have a new project etc.
Of course it would have been smart to buy bitcoin in 2019 and in 2025 too. I have a young family who will only need more from me & having an extra house might be a better long term goals for me as its the cheapest form of leverage in Canada.
