I should have stayed in the irrigation business lol. Another option would be to keep the house rent it out & use its cash flow to pay for the new place at the inlaws. Then move your landscaping cash into bitcoin. It would mean your house rich & cash poor but it would diversify your asset balance & still provide cheap lending if you have a new project etc.
Of course it would have been smart to buy bitcoin in 2019 and in 2025 too. I have a young family who will only need more from me & having an extra house might be a better long term goals for me as its the cheapest form of leverage in Canada.
