You and me, both. Hosting of media has been one of the bigger challenges for Nostr, and long-form video is probably the final boss in that regard. We've got good solutions now for photos and short-form video with Blossom servers, and maybe what nostr:npub1wf4pufsucer5va8g9p0rj5dnhvfeh6d8w0g6eayaep5dhps6rsgs43dgh9 proposed here will be part of the unlock for longer videos:

I agree. It's a balance. I am saying that when you trust even though things are a bit different than what you expect and then all is fine, it creates even more trust. And this is a beautiful bond. Example: my partner and I don't generally talk much when one of us is out and about or even out of town. We trust each other. And then when we are back together, it's that much more exciting to connect. And there isn't a fear that something bad happened while we were not in communication.

Toprak Razgatlioglu (ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team) expresó su frustración tras perder la victoria en la Carrera 2 del Round de la República Checa del MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship en el Autodrom Most, donde Nicolo Bulega (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) lo superó por solo 0,027 segundos en un final de infarto. El campeón reinante atribuyó el resultado a un problema técnico en su BMW, que “se cortó dos veces” en la recta final, costándole un triplete que parecía a su alcance.
Razgatlioglu, que había dominado la Carrera 1 y la Superpole Race en Most, lideró gran parte de la Carrera 2 tras superar a Bulega en la vuelta 12. Sin embargo, a diferencia de la Carrera 1, donde abrió una brecha de más de seis segundos, Bulega se mantuvo a menos de un segundo, aprovechando la potencia de la Ducati en las rectas. En la última vuelta, un problema técnico selló el destino del turco: “En la última curva, no entiendo por qué, pero en la recta la moto se cortó dos veces. Perdí la P1. Estoy muy enfadado,” declaró a WorldSBK.com. Aunque marcó la vuelta rápida (1:30.379), Razgatlioglu sospecha que el fallo pudo deberse a “combustible o electrónica” y espera respuestas de su equipo.
Estrategia y desgaste en una batalla intensa
El piloto explicó que la fortaleza de la Ducati en la recta principal lo obligó a adoptar una estrategia diferente: “Normalmente, la Ducati es muy fuerte en la última curva y en la recta. No podía atacar en la curva 1, así que probé algo distinto. Al principio, seguí a Nicolo, cuidando el neumático trasero. Luego sentí que podía liderar solo y lo pasé.” Sin embargo, hacia el final, el agarre trasero de su BMW comenzó a fallar: “Empecé a patinar mucho y perdía en la recta. Cada vuelta, la diferencia con Bulega se reducía.”
La victoria de Bulega amplió su ventaja en el campeonato a 31 puntos (252 frente a 221 de Razgatlioglu), ya que el turco solo recortó tres puntos en las tres carreras de Most. “Di un gran esfuerzo, empujé en cada vuelta. Perder la P1 en la última recta por un problema técnico no es bueno,” lamentó Razgatlioglu, visiblemente decepcionado por no capitalizar un circuito donde históricamente ha dominado.

La “mala suerte” de Razgatlioglu en Most, como él mismo la describió, impidió un triplete que habría igualado sus victorias históricas con las de Bautista. Sin embargo, su ritmo y determinación en un circuito exigente mantienen viva la pelea por el campeonato. Con 31 puntos por recuperar y siete rondas por delante, ‘El Turco’ está lejos de rendirse. La pregunta ahora es: ¿podrá BMW resolver estos problemas técnicos para devolver a Razgatlioglu al escalón más alto?

The problem that i usually saw on some communities like Linux or Tech in general is that they're dodging whatever that makes them disgusted or hate to talk about.
Especially when someone talked about it, They decided, "Let's not talk about that." and then deleted your message. The problem here is that you don't know what does that actually mean.
It won't make people stop thinking but rather ended up being more curious, and that's the biggest problem itself.

My goal is to make Bitcoin a monetary network and not anything else. I'm convinced this PR has a good chance of going in, so I'll move on from this issue regardless. I will make some predictions, though, and show the receipts when something like this comes up again.
If the removal of the datacarriersize default PR goes through in the next release of Bitcoin Core:
* There will be at least 100x more OP_RETURN outputs greater than 83 total bytes in 2026 than 2024.
* The cost of those transactions will generally be cheaper with respect to the median block fee than they were.
* There will be at least 30% more hashrate mining OP_RETURN outputs greater than 83 total bytes in 2026 than 2024.
