I loooove Japan. It’s clean, safe, and beautiful. The culture is so crafty and thoughtful in every detail. Japanese cuisine has always been my favorite—both to eat and to cook. I love it so much that I could literally eat ramen every day.
But I do feel like Japan is a bit trapped in the ’80s—kind of stuck in that city pop era. I don’t really feel the bright, youthful energy, which makes me feel a little gray sometimes. Don’t get me wrong, though—I love the city pop vibe. I grew up influenced by Japanese culture—anime, J-pop, J-rock—and I still love it to this day.
Kanazawa is where I had the best sushi of my life. I remember it as clearly as if it were yesterday. It was a winter night, and snow was falling. We were so tired from traveling, and at the train station, my husband’s host family—whom he stayed with as an exchange student 20 years ago—was waiting for us. They took us to a small hole-in-the-wall place, but the sushi was so good it brought a tear of joy to my eye. The fresh fish, the flavors and texture of the rice, the shoyu, the sake, the matcha—and the people we shared the meal with—it was unforgettable.
If I visit Japan again, I’ll definitely dive deeper into the culture—cooking (of course), calligraphy, knife making, all the ceremonial traditions. And I definitely want to see a sumo match!

I'm actually sort of okay with that, as I'm a fren of freemium models, since the Church runs the same way and that's worked for millenia.
The people who pay (through subscriptions and/or zaps) are the most influential users and everything is fitted to their tastes. They tend to pay a lot, at the beginning, but the more people join them, the lower the price per member is.
They're like the group that meets every Thursday and Saturday night at the pub for burgers and poker. The pub owner knows who exactly is paying to keep the lights on, and nobody else may sit at their table.
Universal licenses, like taxes, are actually an attempt to get away from the freemium model that markets tend to naturally fall into, so that a minority doesn't get to be overly influential. Freemium is at the opposite end of democracy. It's more like aristocracy.
I'm okay with that, tho. Some people are naturally aristocratic, and some simply aren't. And it's not purely about money, as there are very poor people who end up influential because of volunteer work they do, or being unusually productive or generous, and stuff. It's more like a personality type. And there are very wealthy people who refuse to pay for anything they can get free.
Humans fall into the pareto principle and markets follow along. Leadership is always earned in some way.

Quando chega na idade de fazer o encceja (15 anos) coloca o moleque pra fazer a prova ( provavelmente ele vai acertar quase tudo ) e passando nessa prova você já tem o diploma do primeiro grau ( ensino fundamental ).
Pro segundo grau eles não enchem tanto o saco ( mesmo porque tem milhões de adolescentes que abandonam a escola no ensino médio e ninguém faz nada ).
Se eles continuarem a encher o saco você pode entrar com advogado. O máximo que eles vão fazer é te obrigar a por a criança na escola. Aí você põe, deixa ela um ano e tira de novo.
Depois dos 15 eles já podem trabalhar e estudar. Matrícula no EJA lá pelos 17, faz a prova e tem o segundo grau completo com 18.
Depois dos 18 aí eles já se viram, já são adultos. Se virarem adultos gente boa estarão no partilha dos Bitcoins, se não vão ganhar 12 palavras de uma carteira vazia.
E não é fácil, eu tô falando aqui, mas é um perrengue. Mas se você quer ensinar o que é correto, você tem que se sacrificar. Existem grupos na internet de país malucos que fazem essa mesma coisa e podem ser uma rede de apoio.

O blossom não tem relação com o Odysee, ele é um sistema dos servidores de mídia vinculados al Nostr para espalhar os arquivos em partes e impedir que ele seja derrubado em caso do servidor ser atacado.
Não é um sistema de armazenamento de nuvem, pois o propósito principal não é o armazenamento pessoal, é produzir mais segurança nas mídias, já que elas não são armazenadas pelos relays, são apenas os links delas que são armazenados.

Spoiler: você não consegue impedir armazenamento arbitrário de dados na timechain. E tentar isso pode piorar tudo.
Tem gente dizendo que dá pra “filtrar” spam no mempool.
Errado. Isso é inviável. Quem diz isso está mal informado ou agindo de má fé.
O mempool é só política local. Quem realmente decide o que entra em bloco são os mineradores.
Muitos acreditam cegamente em influencers sem entender o essencial:
#Bitcoin é um banco de dados descentralizado, criado para armazenar dados. Transações financeiras são um tipo de dado — não o único.
"Mas não deveríamos priorizar as transações financeiras?"
Sim.
"Mas dá pra impedir dados arbitrários na timechain?"
Não.
"Há bons motivos para armazenar dados arbitrários no #Bitcoin?"
Com certeza.
L2s e soluções de escalabilidade dependem de proofs on-chain. Isso é só armazenamento de dados.
Não importa o que seu nó aceita ou não — mineradores têm incentivo para incluir essas transações e lucrar.
Incentivo financeiro é o que move o sistema. E ponto.
Se você tentar virar o “Defensor do Bitcoin™” rodando software com filtros malucos…
Advinha?
As transações vão direto pros mineradores (com fee extra)
Pequenos mineradores ficam pra trás
A mineração centraliza
E a galera vai mascarar os dados com esteganografia (e você nem percebe)
Pior ainda: isso desanima devs.
Poucos já trabalham em tempo integral no #Bitcoin.
Imagina ter que lidar com drama e FUD só pra propor um PR básico?
Menos devs = menos evolução = mais risco = #Bitcoin mais fraco.

O #Bitcoin já tem um antispam embutido: as taxas.
Não quer ver JPEGs ou zk-proofs?
Use o Bitcoin de verdade: gaste, faça autocustódia, participe da economia circular.
Sabe por que o “spam” aumentou tanto?
Porque a maioria parou de usar o #Bitcoin on-chain.
Hoje é tudo custodiantes: Strike, Wallet of Satoshi, Liquid…
Menos uso = mais espaço livre = mais dados arbitrários na timechain.
Quer resolver?
Mais uso real → mais demanda por espaço → taxas mais altas → desincentivo ao uso da timechain como storage.
Simples. E eficaz.
Quer “salvar o #Bitcoin”?
Não é com filtro, censura ou histeria.
É com uso real, código aberto, incentivo econômico e liberdade.
