当地时间6月14日，俄罗斯国防部通报称，根据6月2日在伊斯坦布尔达成的俄乌协议，又有一批被扣押俄罗斯军人从基辅政权控制的地区返回。通报称，作为交换，俄方移交了一批乌克兰武装部队战俘。目前，获释的俄罗斯军人正在白俄罗斯境内接受必要的医疗和心理援助。所有俄军人将被送往俄罗斯，在俄国防部的医疗机构接受治疗和康复。
