經團聯建議讓防災廳擁有充分權限能跨部門推進政策
【共同社6月16日電】日本經濟團體聯合會（經團聯）16日彙總了有關擴充防備大地震防災減災對策的建議。關於日本政府力爭2026年度設置的防災廳，提出“應使之擁有能跨部門推進政策的充分權限”。建議還強調，發生災害時，防災廳有必要確立包括官民分工在內的指揮命令系統。
經團聯副會長永野毅（東京海上控股董事長）16日拜訪防災擔當相坂井學，遞交了建議。永野請願稱：“希望好好聚集專業人才，能夠負責任地進行應對。”
建議提出，應推進“防災集團轉移促進事業”，讓自然災害受災地和有受災風險的地區的人移居到其他土地，並指出有必要通過利用空屋等促進兩地居住。
建議就防災減災認為，財政方面“應列入原始預算而非補充預算”。據稱有意見提出，事業規模和時間不明確，企業在建造臨時廁所等的時候難以確立投資計劃。
建議還提出，為了讓努力採取對策的企業更易於投資，或著眼於建立防災據點而參與街區再開發，應創設認證制度和表彰等來提高積極性。（完）

Counting numbers always sort of creeped me out. I've never felt there was any way they kept that close of count, though the numbers are to the nearest million.
What bothers me more is that the Travelers, gays, autistics, blacks and I'm sure others I've forgotten about off the top of my head are completely lost to history. There were lots of victim groups and most history leaves them out.
