Hello, Alexandre, Miller wrote on his X profile, accompanied by a post from US Secretary of State Marco Rubio about restrictions. The US announced on Wednesday (28) that it will deny visas to foreigners who censor Americans. Rubio did not publicly mention the name of any foreign authority affected by the measure, but suggested to lawmakers last week that he planned to take action against Moraes. Miller was questioned during one of his trips to Brazil, at the request of Moraes. He was heard by the Federal Police in September 2021, when he was in Brasilia to promote his social network, GETTR. The site claims to host the main representatives of the global right and self-identifies as free from any form of moderation for false content or incitement to violence. At the time, the American said he was surprised to be taken for a conversation upon leaving Brazil. On his Instagram account, Miller said his entourage was questioned for three hours. He was taken to the Federal Police room at Brasilia International Airport on September 7, 2021, to be heard in the inquiry into fake news, led by Moraes, with Jair Bolsonaro as the investigated. He is one of Trump's oldest political allies. Miller joined the Republican in his first campaign in 2016. In 2024, Miller left his position as CEO of Gettr, a social network aimed at the right-wing public, to serve as a counselor in Trump's third presidential campaign. This is not the first time he has mentioned Moraes on social media. In April this year, Trump's ally classified Moraes as a threat to democracy.
