Case closed! They're called sats!
Not everyone is into computers, so calling them bits would just confuse those normies more! Bytes, bits, Mb, MB etc.
Let's not confuse bitcoin with all of that. Let it be money. Currently almost all money have a different name for the fractions of their main money.
Dollars and cents, kronor and Ören (Swedish)
Plus, they're already called sats on all of the exchanges and places people use bitcoin. Trying to change it now would before confusing and be a sure way to start sounding like all the other shitcoins that change stuff willy nilly.

On behalf of the regional council, it was stated that 'thanks to the alertness of residents of the Shaar HaGolan kibbutz, a foreign citizen who crossed the Jordan border and approached the kibbutz fence was apprehended.' Additionally, it was stated that 'there is no change in instructions to residents - and we are operating in a normal routine.' The suspect was handed over to further treatment by security forces, and there were no casualties among our forces. It was reported that the individual is a worker migrant, and the incident is being investigated.

Beelzebub’s Tales to His Grandson is an amazing critique of humanity by non other than Beelezebub himself. In this story, Beelzebub is banished to our emote solar system to live in exile on Mars for youthful rebellion against ‘His Endlessness’. He observed humanity and even lived amongst them on Earth. Through conscious effort, intentional suffering and self awareness he was able to gain great understanding and wisdom which would grow his being, help humanity alleviate their suffering and the sorrow of His Endlessness. He was pardoned and allowed to return home and grew many forks on his horns as a mark of his being. It’s a great turn to have what was traditionally humanity’s greatest villain show the way for humanity’s redemption.
