I actually haven't manually re-balanced a channel in 3 years accept for the initial balance when organizing a Ring of Fire. Instead I just adjust the fee structure to encourage channel balance over time:
Higher Remote Balance -> Raise channel fees
Higher Local Balance -> Lower channel fees
When I was manually re-balancing I also never got the Thunderhub balance feature to work for me, but I did find that Balance of Satoshis was able to do the trick, and yes, it is a pain-in-the-ass command line solution. But it does work, which is a plus.

It's available in the Start9 Community Registry and includes instructions within the service on how to use it. But if you can get away with the fee-adjustment strategy instead, in my experience it's far more efficient. And free!

For starters it has to be a mobile client. Web clients are fine for the second stage, but it’s not what most users are expecting, and you have to explain key signing browser extensions, which is a difficult onboarding process.

So since I won't do what he was trained to tell me, he won't let me find out if inflammation has been reduced by my diet change. He sees that I've lost 70 lbs in the last several years, and changed the majority of things that effect my health, but is immovable in his demand that I take a statin for the rest of my life.
We need a good referral network or something, because I'm done with this guy, and everyone I've seen is just like him.
