FWIW, the recent bitcoin drama fud is imho stupid. Bitcoin core should have the most conservative relay policy and most conservative of all policies because it is the reference implementation. If you run UTP along power cables, the connection will be severely degraded or not work at all due to electromagnetic interference, which is why UTP requires a separate conduit.
Maybe with a STP that might work if not too much power is being delivered, but that would be quite expensive and then you have a conductor distributing noise and also any arcs that are big enough to burn through the insulation right to ground of sensitive computers.
The standard for AC power+internet is fibre.

I used to love to ride my bike to guitar center and Sam Ash when I was about 13-14 years old and play all guitars and amps, it really was like being in a candy shop. The excitement and "newness" of everything and the sense of discovery was so fresh and awesome. To be clear, this won't permanently censor these transactions either, but because not everyone is going to be sufficiently intimidated. But it will delay them more than in the scenario where those miners only exclude things from their own blocks. And definitely delay them more than can be achieved with just policy, even if 90% of nodes used these filters.

"The U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) has undertaken a review of its award portfolio. Each award was carefully and individually reviewed, and the agency has determined that termination of certain awards is necessary because they are not in alignment with current NSF priorites.
Effective immediately, the following are terminated:
NSF Award Id

NSF is issuing this termination to protect the interests of the government pursuant to NSF Grant General Conditions (GC-1) term and condition entitled 'Termination and Enforcement,' on the basis that they no longer effectuate the program goals or agency priorities. This is the final agency decision and not subject to appeal."
