Sharing my gourmet meal from a few days a go... It's all raw, vegan and organic as always ;) And home made from scratch...
I use seeds and nuts, vegetables and spices, and grind everything coarsely and briefly in a blender. I add a little water and form it into patties, falafels, or burgers. Top with homemade wild garlic pesto. Next to it, I served a salad with raw green asparagus, shaped with a round cookie mold :) And topped with homemade pickled tomatoes. It looks little...but since the small round patties are full of nuts and seeds, they are really filling :)
Oh by the way: The patties are half dried in the dehydrator for around 5-7 hours!
