Your premise is completely wrong, and you need to learn the basics of the Laws of Land Warfare. I'd start with Wikipedia.

And there is no credible evidence of Hamas using human shields (Israel would Hannibal Doctrine civilian shields anyway, so it would be useless and Hamas know it).
But lots of footage of Israeli soldiers forcing civilians to enter mined areas ahead of them, to defuse IEDs at gunpoint, and to stand in front of troops.
