They do all the time, at least in the military circles. Interestingly, they don’t seem to be regretting their losses as much as relative lack of result that these casualties paid for. But it will take some time before that reaches Kremlin and results in some concrete decisions - as long as the army pays the money for signing contract and for the death, the general population seems to be content.
