I don't see too many talk about watch only wallets much these days but this app had a lot of effort put into it. They released it right before the arrests.
This app can connect back to your dojo node, over tor. You can load an address, an extended public key and follow the balances.
This app also lets you broadcast signed transactions. So you can have Samourai Wallet or Ashigaru Wallet loaded on an offline android and create a signed transaction and broadcast it with Sentinel without bringing your keys online.
This set up would let you use an offline android and an online android as a poor man's cold signing device and hot spending device. Like you use a coldcard and sparrow.
Even wipe the hot wallet and only recover the wallet onto the offline device when making transactions.
The whole time Sentinel let's you watch your balances without anyone being able to spend from the app.
It also has a tool to sweep a private key balance to the next address.
Great piece of software. One of many incredible tools the Samourai team created for bitcoin users.
