Its weight-bearing secret lies in horizontally chiseled rock cavities. Builders inserted specially treated wood beams through these square holes to create a foundation platform.

The entire temple structure rests on these rock-embedded beams, functioning similarly to modern cantilevered balconies. Notably, the vertical poles beneath the temple are decorative rather than structural supports.
