Perhaps, as of now there is no method at least that I am currently aware of that I can prove my existence to you, and you can prove your existence to me.
I can claim to exist but there is no method to verify existence in truth because to verify existence you need a frame of reference external of the thing you're trying to prove, you need a verifiable form of evidence, and since neither one of us can exist outside of existence we cannot definitively proof existence even to ourselves.
We can only claim existence but not verify it.
