It also has 25 Billion reads included in the $5/mo Workers paid plan and is only + $0.001 / million rows. You'll want to properly review the Cloudflare pricing documents. For your "25 GB-mo and 7.8 billion reads" example, Nosflare would cost only $15/month (Workers paid plan + D1 storage overages).
