Incoming PR (finally) to support BUD-01 GET /{SHA256} redirects on Khatru. Still very much a draft, but I did some testing with Cloudflare R2 and an IPFS gateway, it's looking promising so far.

Also, a small note: I think https://github.com/hzrd149/blossom/blob/master/buds/01.md should mention status codes 307 and 308 as 301 and 302 are a bit old school.
