actually i just realized my issue with startup folder was on my windows 10 pc ...
i have windows 11 on my two newer PCs but i was on windows 10 when i ran into this issue ...
also that's probably why Google AI suggestions didn't work, because i probably asked for solutions for W11 ...
regardless my other point about W11 trying to make things simpler but actually ending up making them more complicated stands ...
my other point also stands that i am not against upgrading but they should have done a better job ...
