3. 비침해성의 공리
자유지상주의는 비침해성의 공리를 바탕으로 합니다.
비침해성의 공리는 누구도 다른 사람의 신체나 재산을 절대 침해해서는 안 된다는 것입니다.
이것은 기본권이며, 이 기본권을 폭력적인 방식으로 침해하는 주체가 국가입니다.
국가는 전쟁, 징집, 세금 등 다양한 방식으로 국민의 신체와 재산을 침해해왔습니다.
국가는 개인 단위로 가져야 할 기본권을 사회 단위로 바꾸어 개인의 기본권을 폭압했습니다.
국가주의에 물들면 개인은 없고 철저하게 사회 단위로 생각하게 되고 국가를 위해 개인이 희생하는 것을 당연하게 여깁니다.
자유지상주의자는 사회적 사고가 아닌 개인적 사고를 하는 사람입니다.
3. The nonaggression axiom
Liberalism is based on the nonaggression axiom.
The nonaggression axiom is that no one should ever infringe on another person's body or property.
This is a fundamental right.
The state is the one who infringes this fundamental right in a violent way.
The state has infringed the bodies and property of their citizens in a variety of ways, including war, conscription, and taxation.
The state has tyrannized over the fundamental rights of individuals by turning them into social units.
When you are imbued with nationalism, you think in terms of social units and not individuals.
As a result, you take for granted the sacrifices individuals make for the good of the nation.
A libertarian is someone who thinks individually, not socially.
