Trump Media announced it is raising $2.5B to buy Bitcoin.
This is a great move but it's not going to help Truth Social win the social media war. Truth social and all social media companies are a money losing operation.
Centralized social media has no future.
Nostr is the future because it's building a network that can't be shut down.
If you look at the comments you can see that Truth Social users are quite anti-Bitcoin which will only slow truth social down in making money.
What would you do if you were the CEO?
I think Truth Social should pivot into a Nostr client with their own relay. Similar to what primal is doing. They can monetize that easily and that's where the money will be.
