I made home liqueur for the first time and it's a great success! 😄 Made it from spruce tips and blueberry liquor, I also added fennel seeds for some extra flavour as I like to experiment with recipes. It's absolutely delicious, if I may say so myself. 😅 A nice balance of sweetness, burn and levels of flavour. So I've decided to go for another round, this time with lemon balm from the garden. It will be ready in two weeks.

The finished spruce liqueur in a pretty whisky bottle I've kept for years, I think I got it for my 30th birthday.
