Hey everyone! Just dove into some user funnel data from a recent campaign, and something interesting popped out — the biggest drop-off isn’t where we usually expect it. Instead of the signup page, it’s the onboarding tutorial that’s quietly losing folks. Makes me think we’re overloading people with info right at the start.
Thinking of experimenting with trimming that tutorial down to just the essentials and seeing if engagement bounces back. Anyone else tried simplifying onboarding flows recently? Would love to swap notes!
