This mulberry tree was propagated from a cutting from a 40 ft. tree found in a local park 10 years ago. Its been maintained to keep the height low so you harvest fruit from the ground. The original tree removed by the city years ago. My girlfriend and took 5 cuttings, put them water for 10 days and starter roots appeared. Now in soil, we a genetic of the original tree which will fruit the next season. This technique has been practiced for thousands of years allowing humans to bypass seed to fruit cycles. Super stoked. These mulberries are so good!
