One of the largest investment scams in the country's history: a plan to buy orchards in exchange for a fixed return of 7-10% resulted in losses of $350 million for around 6,000 private investors. Three companies have already gone bankrupt, one of the founders committed suicide, and authorities have launched investigations. 'We put all our savings, which we earned with hard work, into this scam', said one of the victims, 'now we want justice'
