Boomers themselves outside of the public sector are working well beyond retirement already. No retirement is already here. These Boomers say , "oh I need something to keep me active" - my answer is, don't you have hobbies?
As a GenXer, you have no chance of any meaningful pension, even though you have paid in a substantial amount to the Ponzi scheme.
The pension scam isn't likely to end any time soon either, you don't ask a thief to please stop stealing from you, you take hard action against aggressors.
