Small hands in mine, a fragile trust,
Before the icons, turned to dust
My worldly dreams, and ego's pride,
For #Hope of Glory, deep inside.
The Pascha candle's gentle gleam,
Reflects a whispered, childhood dream,
To raise them in the ancient Way,
Where #Christ's love dawns, a brighter day.
Though earthly trials may dim the light,
And shadows lengthen through the night,
I pray their hearts will understand,
God's grace extended, hand in hand.
The taste of blessed bread we share,
A father's love, a silent prayer,
That they may know, when life is done,
In Christ, eternal life is won.
