where is the handbook for all federal/state
employee digital use? there should be explicit, clear device use rules, settings directives, and a streamlined course which defines digital health, and what apps/settings/software installation/identity clearance are required/allowed. "mandates" for behavior is ridiculous. you need to educated federal employees how to use their digital footprints and devices. it needs to be straightforward - not "vibes" or code. grow up: you are a government.
