Finding illegal content on the dark web is a major hurdle for most people, especially if you're trying to sell something. In the end, it's a much better tool for people who are afraid of censorship than for actual pedophiles exchanging their garbage. Also, I've seen people putting "Telegram" into the "Dark web" category, that doesn't make any sense.
