Most of them already seen how others are doing and wanted it too. It's not like it was some kind of secret.
Exploitation is when somebody systematically steals from my labor or wealth, so yes, it's mutually exclusive with consent.
Once again, I understand that they were poor, but that was the norm in those times. #Capitalism was (and still is) the solution, not the problem.
Btw. I've noticed that you like agorism, so this is kinda funny, since agorism and ancap are pretty much the same thing.
