I'm really leaning toward a theory that the Trump admin is trying to get control of both nuclear power and bitcoin mining lined up for America, or for some faction within asking him to get it done. Pakistan's ambitions with bitcoin are almost certainly going to be a topic of conversation between these two, I would imagine.
