Historically, whenever I've seen good prices/deals, or I see something I need and it's cheaper when you buy with Subscribe & Save, I've tried to lock in the good deal/price by using Subscribe & Save.
But then when it comes time for them to ship another at the agreed schedule, often times they say something like, "Sorry- this item is no longer available and we don't know if/when it will be available again".
Or if you subscribe at 1 unit every 5 weeks, and then on week 4 you realize you have enough to last you, if you alter the frequency of your deliveries at all you lose the price you subscribed at, only to find out the newer subscriptions will cost double the amount.
In short; I agree--- Subscribe and Save is a scam, just like everything else in the world nowadays except Bitcoin.
