I don't usually use preshave. There's no point in it if the shaving soap costs more than three euros. Hot water or a warm towel works just as well. But...
Sometimes I still buy preshave. In Russia, there's Proraso, ТДС, 3P with reviews allegedly written by Grok, Vitos from Susan Darnell, Estel... But I just go with oils. You can mix your own (Grok will tell you how), or buy a ready-made blend. And again, there's no real point to it — just placebo.
