I can add to the issue later if you'd like, but a setting could help with this. I believe Aurora and some other app managers allow the user to only show updates for apps managed by the manager. Meaning anything I install using Fdroid, Obtainium, etc would be excluded from the Zapstore interface unless I explicitly chose to move management to Zapstore. Maybe a popup asking?
My main issue is that the current method can be unintentionally deceptive and requires attention on the user end. It should be more difficult for the user to go from a vendor app to a third party app.
