'Gender Affirming Care' has to be the pinnacle of human stupidity and arrogance. It's worse than anything we've ever done in our history. Our endocrine system has been evolved over millions of years and is finely balanced.
So of course there are going to be consequences to pumping bodies full of synthetic, wrong-sex hormones. And these hormones are being excreted into the environment, so what about their impact on the food chain and ultimately on everyone else? Are we all being subject to their effects too?
I don't give a shit if a giant transvestite develops brain cancer. The more the merrier as far as I'm concerned.

I’ve heard from someone who was a former troon that ALL the middle aged female impersonators expect/demand enough estrogen to bring their levels to that of adolescent girls/young women, not women their age.
