This spot next to our garage is chock full of daffodil bulbs. I don't have the inclination, or the energy to dig them up, and level the bed. I didn't want to spar with the gophers either.
So, I bought these green pots. They say on the lable that I can compost them.
The grandkids bought the trellises.
I started sweet peas from seed.
I know it looks strange now but hopefully it will look like a mass of colorful fragrant flowers this summer.
Sometimes you just have to make things work. This spot is the most sheltered from the wind and sweet peas are worth a try.
I will let you know if it works out.
I also transplanted corn, spinach and romaine lettuce.
Making progress every day.
