Look I've been crushing myself with work and my family has been paying the price. My kids are only young for so long so I need to change things around.
I've had a plan for what I was wanting and working on for over a year now. Woke up this morning with clarity that it's actually not the right path. After all this time invested in working towards a goal and idea to boom.....nope this isn't working hurts.
It's okay though. I'm going to pivot and go back to doing the type of work I love and will figure out how to achieve a similar goal that I had. You're doing something similar, but family first.
