Florida can get oil and gas from Texas and Gulf of Mexico and it has Nuclear power too ... and Solar. the one downside is hurricanes ... all new homes should withstand Category 4 hurricane but if Category 5 hits you better have an evacuation plan in place ... and by that i mean you better have some cans full of gas and a car that is not an EV !
